As the first staff employee, Phil joined GTI shortly after the founding of the company. With 15 years experience designing numerous products and leading engineering teams, Phil is our “go to” guy for when a challenging engineering solution is required. With a methodical approach to his work, Phil is a great leader and mentor to other team members. Phil obtained his B.S.M.E. from The Wentworth Institute of Technology and resides locally to the GTI corporate offices.
