Concept Development and Working Alpha Unit – Universal Mounting Display System.

SCOPE:
GTI was contracted by a leading retail display fixture manufacturer to support the design of a patented, next generation display product. This new patented product allowed for greater flexibility in displaying fixtures and pioneered new display techniques in their market.

Our team worked along side our client to finalize the mechanical designs of the equipment including this complex injection molded assembly. Our challenge was to meet the aggressive cost targets while maintaining the critical structural integrity of the equipment. As an added project goal, we were asked to finalize all designs such that future regulatory approvals could be achieve with little to no change in design.
