Concept Development and Working Alpha Unit – Satellite
Extruder Controller.

SCOPE:

GTI was contracted by a leading plastics films equipment
processing company to design a next generation control
module. Initially used for a corporate tradeshow, this unit
eventually was finalized for production.

Our team worked along side our client to develop a branded product family look integrating ergonomics and human factors into the design.

Specific attention was paid to the structural integrity and use as the equipment was standalone and could not flex under use.
