Concept Development and Working Alpha Unit – Blown Film Extruder – Outer Skins.

SCOPE:
GTI was contracted by a leading plastics films equipment
processing company to design the skin set on a next
generation blown film extruder.

Our team worked along side our client to develop a skin set that accommodated all access and usage requirements.

Specific attention was paid to the structural integrity of the access doors as well as the human factors for placement of the master control panel for use while machine was in operation.
