Value Engineering and Production Ready Design - Patient Imaging Product.

SCOPE:

GTI was contracted by a leading medical device manufacturer to take a mature product and reduce its cost and build in new product features for a re-launch.

As part of the project, our team had to redesign the assembly while not impacting any regulatory and agency approvals. Maintaining all existing product functionality while building in new features was critical to the overall project success.
