As part of an existing design project or whether we are helping out an industry partner or a client in need, GTI prototyping services can produce a prototype very quickly with our in-house Stratasys Dimension SST 1200es. The prototyping technology used, called Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), provides a very robust plastic (ABS) model. FDM models can generally be delivered next day.
Simply email your STL file to our office in Beverly, Massachusets, indicate quantity and any finish requirements, and we will return a quote as soon as possible. If you would prefer to obtain a prototype made from SLA, SLS, cast urethane, rapid injection molding or other technology, you can note the preferred process and we will review your requirements and return a quotation quickly. |
